Magamról röviden

25 éve foglalkozom festészettel. Számomra nagy jelentősége van a szimbolikának, mellyel erősítem alkotásaim gondolatiságát. Változatos technikákkal dolgozom attól függően, hogy témaválasztásomhoz melyiket érzem a legmegfelelőbbnek. Kísérletező alkat vagyok. Fontos számomra a merészség, így van lehetőségem újabb és újabb kreatív folyamatokkal kipróbálni, amik nem engedik, hogy beleragadjak egyfajta stílusba.
Célom, hogy kinyissam az emberek szívét újra a jóra, elgondolkoztassak és örömöt adjak képeimmel.
Mottóm: "A múlt értéke a jelen még, s ne csak, ha már örökre pihen a kéz."
Életrajzi visszatekintés röviden:
Heten voltunk testvérek, közülük kettőnket foglalkoztattak leginkább a művészetek. Bátyámmal Zérczy László festőművésszel rengeteg időt töltöttünk rajzolással, festéssel már gyerekkorunkban és egyéb kreatív tevékenységgel. Ő a Herendi Porcelángyárban folytatta tanulmányait, míg én még általános iskolába jártam. Egy komoly betegségből kifolyólag abba kellett hagynia tanulmányait. Ezt követően ismerte meg néhai Wessely Tibort, akinek "szárnyai alatt" a festészet felé indult. Wessely Tibor hatalmas szakmai tudása birtokában rengeteg művészt terelgetett, bontakoztatott ki az utókor számára, köztük a bátyámat is. Testvérem sajnos csak 36 évet kapott a sorstól (1962-1998). A megszerzett szakmai tudását rendkívül önzetlenül nagy szeretettel, türelemmel adta át nekem, amiért nagyon hálás vagyok!
1998-ban döntöttem úgy, hogy folytatom az utat, s ebben nővérem Ilosvay Mária segített. (Köszönöm!)
2002- től a táti "Duna Művészkör" művészeti vezetőjeként is tevékenykedtem, ahhol lehetőségem volt más művészeket támogatni és bátorítani, miközben folytattam saját alkotói utam.

About Me – A Brief Introduction

have been devoted to painting for 25 years. Symbolism holds great significance in my work, allowing me to strengthen the intellectual and emotional depth of my paintings. I work with a variety of techniques, choosing each one according to what I feel best serves the subject and artistic concept of a particular work. I am naturally experimental. Courage and openness to new approaches are important to me, as they allow me to explore ever-changing creative processes and prevent me from becoming confined to a single style. My aim is to reopen people's hearts to the good, to inspire thought and to bring joy through my paintings. My Motto «"The value of the past lives in the present — not only when the hand that created it has come to rest forever."» A Brief Look Back at My Artistic Journey I grew up as one of seven siblings, and among us, two were particularly drawn to the arts. My elder brother, László Zérczy, a painter, and I spent countless hours together as children drawing, painting and engaging in various creative activities. He later continued his studies at the Herend Porcelain Manufactory, while I was still attending primary school. Unfortunately, due to a serious illness, he was forced to discontinue his studies. Later, he met the late Tibor Wessely, under whose guidance he embarked more deeply on his artistic journey. With his extensive professional knowledge and experience, Tibor Wessely guided and encouraged numerous artists, helping them develop their talents and ensuring that their artistic legacy could live on. My brother was one of those artists whose development he supported. Sadly, my brother was granted only 36 years of life (1962–1998). He generously shared the professional knowledge he had acquired with me, always with great love, patience and selflessness. For this, I remain deeply grateful to him. In 1998, I made the decision to continue the artistic path I had begun, with the support and encouragement of my sister, Mária Ilosvay. Thank you, Mária. From 2002, I also served as the Artistic Director of the "Duna Művészkör" Art Circle in Tát, where I had the opportunity to support and encourage other artists while continuing my own creative journey.
